Recording of Martinů late pieces shortlisted for Anděl Award
Recording of late pieces by Bohuslav Martinů (Les Fresques, The Parables, Estampes) that was published as CD by Supraphon, is shortlisted for Czech music award Anděl in the classic category. The Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra is conducted by Tomáš Netopil.
The pianist Ivo Kahánek, member of the administrative board of B. Martinů Foundation, is shortlisted in the same category with his recording of complete piano works of Antonín Dvořák.
