Listen Double Concerto for Two String Orchestras, Piano and Timpani
Discovery Ensemble, the acclaimed Boston chamber orchestra conducted by Courtney Lewis, brings its “lapel-grabbing” sound to our Fraser Performance Studio for a studio audience and host Cathy Fuller. The darkly dramatic Double Concerto for Two String Orchestras, Piano and Tympani by Bohuslav Martinu is on the program, along with selections from Beethoven’s Symphony No. 3, the “Eroica”.
