The launch of Veronika Bílková's book will take place on November 17 at the HAMU building and will be accompanied by an exhibition of the author's paintings.
Monday 3 November 2025. The Mannes Orchestra, conducted by David Hayes, will perform Martinů's lyrical Fourth Symphony, written in exile in the United States.
Tuesday 4 November 2025. The exhibition marking the 30th anniversary of Bohuslav Martinu Institute will be available at another branch of the Municipal Library in Prague - Hloubětín.
Friday 7 November 2025. A concert as part of the Convergence festival combines the work of Bohuslav Martinů with Marián Varga's bold project Songs in a new arrangement.
Sunday 9 November 2025. A musical and dance project paying tribute to Czech music was prepared by the Young Brno Symphony Orchestra and the Hradišťan Dance Ensemble.
Monday 10 November 2025. The opening concert of the festival will be preceded by a ceremonial presentation of new volumes of the complete critical edition of the composer's correspondence.
Wednesday 12 November 2025. Cellist Vilém Vlček and pianist Denis Linnik will perform at the 11th benefit concert in support of the Bohuslav Martinů Institute.
Tuesday 19 November 2025. The evening’s programme is inspired by the folk song as a source of artistic expression. The concert will include the launch of the CD Nocturno.
Friday 21 November 2025. The DJKT Ballet Ensemble joined the Year of Czech Music with a work that created in the 1930s, in a time of growing totalitarianism and looming crises.
