Anniversaries in Martinů Foundation and Institute
Institutions consist of people – and the character of the organization itself tends to reflect the personalities of its members. The Bohuslav Martinů Foundation and Institute employs highly qualified, hard-working individuals with a deep interest in the legacy of composer Bohuslav Martinů.
Some of them are celebrating significant milestones this year: Jiří Teml (90), a long-standing member of the NBM Board of Trustees, PhDr. Stanislava Střelcová (70), emeritus member and chair of the Board of Trustees, and Mgr. Aleš Březina, Ph.D. (60), long-time director of the Bohuslav Martinů Institute.
The meeting with the jubilarians took place on September 9, 2025, during a meeting of the Bohuslav Martinů Board of Trustees and was an opportunity to raise a glass and enjoy pleasant conversations.
