An evening that unites comics art, history, and music. Jens Harder presents his acclaimed visual adaptation of The Epic of Gilgamesh, offering insight into both artistic process and narrative substance.
Archaeologist Oskar Kaelin provides the historical background to this ancient story, while a musical interlude, Gilgameschs Trauer über den Tod Enkidus for bass clarinet by Stefan Heuckes, adds an emotional and contemporary layer to the myth.
