The film holds particular significance within the Martinů Festtage programme because of the close and complex relationship between Vítězslava Kaprálová and Bohuslav Martinů.
The documentary explores Kaprálová’s life and creative work, focusing especially on the final period of her life in Paris. The screening will be followed by a discussion with the film’s director and screenwriter Petr Záruba and producer Alice Tabéry.
