Another volume of the Bohuslav Martinů Complete Edition is out!
Another volume of the Bohuslav Martinů Complete Edition (BMCE) with four cantatas on texts of Miloslav Bureš has been released. BMCE is a project realized in collaboration with the publishing house Bärenreiter, Bohuslav Martinů Institute and with the financial support of Bohuslav Martinů Foundation, The Czech Science Foundation and the State Fund for Culture of the Czech Republic. The new volume is edited by Vít Zouhar.→ More

Scottish Ballet makes its debut in Joyce Theatre, New York with three ballets. Jakub Hrůša, president of the International Martinů Circle was appointed as one of the Principal Guest Conductors of the Philharmonia Orchestra. In addition to his new role, Jakub Hrůša is also Chief Conductor of the Bamberg Symphony, Permanent Guest Conductor of the Czech Philharmonic, and Principal Guest Conductor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra.→ More
